What is your shipping time?
Orders are packed with love and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the order is out for shipping.
U.S. orders generally arrive within 5-10 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days.
While most of the orders arrive right on time, there are some circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, and etc.) that are out of our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee the exact time of delivery. This is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Customs can hold up orders in certain countries and delay arrival times, which is unfortunately out of our control.

Shipping is free on orders $99.00 USD and over for folks worldwide. Yes, free!

We currently ship anywhere WORLDWIDE. We’re global!
Please note, we are not responsible for any VAT, customs, or duties charges you may incur. If an order is sent back to us because it wasn’t received in time or refused, we are unable to provide a refund.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. However, please note that each product in your order may be shipped out from different fulfillment centers. So, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for the various products you have ordered. For your convenience, feel free to use our site to track your items.
Do we do rush shipping?
Due to COVID-19 and postal delays, we no longer offer rush shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
I need to change the shipping address, is that possible?
If you placed the order less than 24 hours, there’s a chance we can change the address. Depending on when you place the order, even then we might be unable to make the change. After 24 hours we definitely won’t be able to change the address of your shipment.
