Excellent service and good company. My carrier was missing a part and Paper Sparrows sent a new carrier promptly. My cat does not like carriers but tolerates this one well. She has yet to claw to get out. She likes being able to look out but also likes hiding in the bottom. I would definitely buy again. Zippers move easily. Excellent quality.

I love this backpack! I wish the carpet piece that stayed on the bottom would stay in place as you walk so your pet has a flat place to sit on inside, it just gets pushed up behind your pet...but other than that the quality is great, the color is so nice, and it feels nicely made! My cat, despite her face in the photos lol, really enjoys walks in it! Price is great for what you get. It also feels really safe to have your pet in as well.

As the owner of a 5 year old, 9 lb. tabby mix, I was VERY hesitant to purchase this bag based on our experience with trying to travel in a standard cat carrier in the past. But given the rave reviews, I figured I'd risk a few more scratch marks and see if this may be the key to getting little Olivia to travel safely. Round 1: per usual, putting a cat in a bag is never easy, but once I zipped her in, I eased her on to my back and proceeded to walk around the backyard for just a couple of minutes. NOT A PEEP! Given the summer heat, we made our way back to the screened-in porch where I unzipped her and waited to see the reaction. Olivia hopped right out and began to roll around on the ground like she had just spent a day at the spa - the complete OPPOSITE reaction of usually running and hiding in terror post-cat carrier! Round 2 the following day: another success! She loves this freaking bag! I've only used it twice for a couple minutes in the back yard, but am looking forward to getting in longer walks as the days cool off. Try this! You look like a weirdo, but if the cat's happy and can safely enjoy the outdoors...winning.
