The shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund, the amount for return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping and Delivery

It generally takes 2-5 business days for us to process your order. You will receive a confirmation once the order is out for shipping.

The orders are shipped depending on the fulfillment center where the product is from. In the United States, the orders generally arrive within 5-20 business days. However, international transit can take between 17-45 business days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, and etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most of the orders arrive right on time, there are some circumstances that are out of our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee the exact time of delivery. This is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. However, please note that each product in your order may be shipped out from different fulfillment centers. So, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for the various products you have ordered.

Yes, if you have filled in the wrong address, you can change your delivery address within 24 hours. However, we cannot change it once the package is out for delivery.

While our team ensures to provide you with high quality service, you may receive a damaged product due to the negligence of the delivery service. In this case, you can contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours from the delivery day.

Once we have received all the details with sufficient evidence, we will send out a replacement product free of charge.

Currently, we do not offer the exchange of items from an order. However, if by chance you do not receive the expected product, we may offer you a new one.
